New Ulm’s 2025 Oktoberfest opened with a high-spirited first weekend, as New Ulm filled with music, dancing, and German flair. Highlights included stein-holding and sauerkraut-eating contests, the Germanic-American Day Parade, and plenty of local beer and brats.
