DAVE BORCHERT

COUNTY COMMISSIONER - CHIEF OF POLICE

This is the Official Website for Commissioner David Borchert and is professionally managed by a Media Director.

My name is Dave Borchert. I serve the city as the New Ulm Police Chief and a Brown County Commissioner. It is strongly encouraged for law enforcement to be active within the community.

This really helps us become a true part of the community and pays huge dividends in solving crimes, cost savings in providing high quality public safety initiatives and knowing the community that we proudly serve.

For that reason, I became a Brown County Commissioner (District 1) in 2017 and serve on several committees & boards.

It has been a great opportunity. I am very grateful to the City of New Ulm for entrusting these responsibilities to me. New Ulm is a great place to live and I am proud to call New Ulm my home.
